Description

The Smart Data Processor Milk Collection Unit(SDP-MCU) is an integrated unit, comprising of the following;

  •   Smart Data Processor Electronic Milk Tester(SDP-EMT) with Smart Card Drive
  •   Electronic Weighing Scale
  •   Digital Indicator
  •   Dot Matrix Printer

The member number and CLR reading can be entered through keypad. It measures the fat content, weight and gives the printout of the transaction of the milk brought in by each producer. The member number, fat, weight and amount are displayed on SDP-EMT and digital indicator. The shift end data can be uploaded into smart card for further processing at Smart Automatic Milk Collection Unit (SAMCU) for generating various reports.
Working principle
Electronic Milk Tester  has  been adopted as an essential instrument for measurement of milk fat.  Percentage of fat content  is  displayed  quickly and accurately on a digital readout. Several thousand small/large Dairies and Village Milk Collection Centers are being benefited with its use.
